X. Tenth Level (White)
A. Begin training under the supervision of a certified USSA instructor.
IX. Ninth Level (White/Yellow)
A. Time in Grade: train under the supervision of a certified USSA instructor the minimum required hours as a ninth level student.

Junior Ranks
A. Must meet all the requirements established for the junior grade requirements.
B. Must meet the training requirements set forth in this document.
C. Children under 14 years of age will not use the submission holds during competition/matching.
D. Upon reaching 14 years of age, children will be tested to adult standards. Those not applicable will be waived up to and including black belt until they are 16 years of age.

Duties and Responsibilities of Instructor Personnel
The following duties and responsibilities are assigned to each level of responsibility.
